Room to be taken asap.

Hiya! My name is Hania.
I am leaving the flat so I can be nearer the city centre where it is easier for me to get to work.

The flat is rent through DJ Alexander so the person taking my room would have to be okay with getting references and signing a lease.

I will post pictures of the room as soon as I can around the 20th or 21th.

The room available is very spacious with lots of storage space. There are two big chest of drawers, 3 wardrobes, 2 bedside tables, a gigantic desk and a cupboard. I would say it's ideal for a student if they are okay with contributing to the council tax.

The kitchen as everything you could need including a tumble dryer.
The bathroom has a bath and also a shower.
The living room has two very comfortable sofas and a big table for hanging out and relax.

There is a lidl nearby ( around 11 mins by walk) and the beautiful Newhailes Park is just next to the flat.
The other girls living in the flat are absolutely lovely and very easy to get on with.

The move in date would be the 1st of September but the paperwork has to be done before the 1st of August.
