Double room

Available from 28th of July until the 7th of August. And from 19th of August until the 26th of August.
Price is 400£pw for single occupancy and 500£ for couples.
Shorter stays can be considered

Spacious double room available for rent in a 3 bedroom house.
One of the room is converted into a Studio, where I work from couple of days pw.
There is a big livingroom and a kitchen.
During summer the front and back garden are great for sunbathing.
In the living room there is a big TV with Netflix, Prime TV and Sky stream too (with all the packages included).

Bus stop is 2 mins walk and the train station is around 10 mins walk
If you do drive there is a private car park.
I do have a cat Molly, she mainly stays in the living room, she is an elderly cat so won't disturb you :)
