Live in landlord.
I work in IT, work away 2-3 says per week otherwise work from home

I have 2 kids (3 & 8 years old) who stay at the house 2-3 nights per week. (Need to be a little kid tolerant)

I don't mind smokers, but no smoking in the house.

1 bathroom downstairs (shared)
1 utility room (storage)
Kitchen/diner with dishwasher
Living room upstairs
Floored Attic for storage

Available bedroom
Has double bed, wardrobe, desk & bookshelf. (Can source a tv if desired)

Parking:
Free street parking available nearside and farside.

Bus stop:
2-3 min walk, then number 31 into City Centre (around 20-30 mins).

Shops:
Around 10 min walk (uphill) to Bonnyrigg High Street.

Amenities:
Couple of nice bars/restaurant and good pub nearby.
Picturesque walks nearby.

Single occupancy only.
No couples etc.
No pets.
