Double Room in Leith

Quiet, bright room available for rent in Leith, short term only (up to 3 months). The room has a double bed, chest of drawers and hanging space. It's generally a quiet spot and next to a park. Less than 5 min to Leith Walk so great for buses + shops, cafes, restaurants etc. Bathroom will be shared with one other person.
Looking for someone who is generally clean and tidy. It would be great to find someone that I can get on with, be nice to share a meal or go for a drink every now and then. Happy with professionals or mature students (definitely not a party flat so no one who will regularly be coming home in the wee hours!). Rent would include internet and all other bills.
