Currently looking for a new housemates for a spacious flat by The Shore available from August 1st.
About the Flat:
The flat is fully furnished 1st floor, new-build flat with lift access, has a spacious living room, well stocked kitchen, balcony and secure parking garage with allocated parking spaces. Less than 10 minute walk to multiple bus routes: 7, 14, 16, 22, 34, 35, 36 and 200. Short walk to the cafes and restaurants of the shore, Leith Walk and Leith Links. Everything you could possibly need is a walk away.
Bills for the flat are as follows:
Gas and Electricity: £20.76 each (costs can go up in winter depending on usage)
Council tax: £93.60 each
Unlimited Internet: £10 each
Total per person: £124.36
About the room.
The room is a fully furnished spacious single room with a built-in wardrobe and double bed. The base of the bed is somewhat worse for wear but there will be a spare bed frame from an outgoing tenant.
Rent is £400, available 1st August nd the deposit is £350.
The tenants:
Those joining in August will be living with a new flatmate as well as Luca for a month, after which they will be leaving. Luca just finished their degree and works as a personal assistant to a disabled person. They enjoy music (both listening and making music themself) and working out. They like hanging out with flatmates in the shared space.
Looking for fun, tidy people who enjoy bonding over Netflix binges to share the flat.
This flat is queer and trans friendly, if you are not this isn't the flat for you.
Note that due to covid-19 initial viewings will be via video, followed by an in person viewing.
