Budget friendly double room in amazing location

I have a rooms to rent in the flat that I share with another professional. I am a professional in my thirties. I work partly from home and partly not.

The room is compact and would suit someone who does not have a huge amount of stuff or who is looking for a place to stay Monday - Friday. There is good storage space in the room, with a large built in wardrobe. The bed is a small double with a new mattress.

The room is located at the back of the flat and get lovely evening sun. Amazing location on Leith Walk, couldn't be more in the heart of it. First floor, and access to a flat roof that is very pleasant in the summer. Large bathroom which has just been completely done up, good sized kitchen in happy yellow and pink, huge living room.

I am looking for professionals only, who are respectful, clean and grown up. I work varying hours (sometimes at home, sometimes not) so you need to be respectful of people's need to sleep and have peace and calm at home. Looking for someone low key and drama free! Because of the size of this room and the fact that there is no space for a desk, this flat is not suitable for someone working from home.
