Looking for a flat mate to share 2 bed flat in Leith. Located on quiet street, stones throw from The Shore and Foot of Leith Walk.
Spacious living room, facing street.
Compact kitchen with all the appliances (gas hob, electric oven, cutlery, saucers and pans, kitchen ware, blender, hand mixer)
Shower cabin and separate toilet.
Bedrooms facing the garden.
Great addition to the flat is over celling laundry hanger and access to communal garden.
You would be sharing with me, a freelance hairdresser and SRUC student.
In my free time I like to do art, play guitar, cook, and love spending time outdoors. Don't do house parties but very occasionally invite friends for dinner or craft making evenings.
Hoping to find someone who shares similar interests/vibe so we can get along and become friends.
The flat is on the 4th floor in an old tenament building (no lift)
