All inclusive rent and use of all communal spaces. There is a large, bright kitchen and a very comfortable living room with smart tv and DVD player. Internet.

Less than 2 minutes walk away from the flat are bus links city-wide, Tesco, Lidl, lovely bars, restaurants and the best gym in town (Elysium!).

Leith is a vibrant, arty community. Boutique shops and cafes have sprung up and you’re never stuck for a rustic loaf of sourdough!

Very close by is Ocean Terminal, where you can find many high street stores and large chain restaurants such as Pizza Express and VUE Cinema.

A 10 minute walk leads you to the Shore area of Leith where you’ll find vegan restaurants alongside high end Michelin star eateries, as well as lovely places for a Sunday breakfast or sitting out on a summer day with a G&T by the water.

I’m looking for a laid back, easy going flatmate. Tidy but not uptight!
