August/Fringe Short Term Let

Modern 2 bedroom flat available for short term rent during August. Comprises of all amenties and good access to public transport. Tram stop 3 mins walk from front door

I work full time, normally office hours and enjoy the quiet space of the flat. I normally work from home 1 or 2 days per week.

I have a friendly inquisitive house cat, so anyone staying needs to be comfortable with the cat and mindful of closing windows and doors.

The flat would suit professional, mature student, fringe stay etc... Please note that although I am sociable and friendly this is not a party flat.

This is a double room with a single bed and has an additional trundle bed underneath which can be used to make this a double bed.

A £150 deposit would be required and returned at the end of your stay.
