Hi

I have a fully furnished double room to let in my bright, modern flat in the Newhaven/Leith area of Edinburgh. The room for let would have almost exclusive use of the main bathroom as I have the en-suite as well as a shared kitchen/living area.

Rent includes all bills and BT broadband, except council tax which is around £70/month.

Close to many local amenities and great transport links to city centre.
Flat has underground car park, lift access and a communal, garden area.

I have a dog who lives with me part time so you'd need to be animal friendly!

Room is available from end of August, I work full time Mon-Fri and like to chill when I get home so someone similar would be ideal!
