We're right next to Pilrig Park, Leith Walk with all of its pubs, cafes, restaurants, shops and supermarkets, and a short stroll to the Shore and Edinburgh city centre. The number 7, 14, 22, 25 and 49 buses depart regularly from the top of the road if you need to hop on and get anywhere.
I'm American, 27, work in innovation consulting and am friendly, pretty tidy and chilled out. In my free time I love cooking, watching Netflix with a glass of wine, exploring nature or boxing (trying to get back into fitness!).
I've lived here for a year and love the location and flat. My current flatmate/landlady is moving out so am looking for a professional female to take her room.
Looking for a 6 month let but happy to chat about a longer one too.
