Newly Refurbished Double Room Leith

I have a flat available from the 25th October. It’s a double room with a shared bathroom, and living area. With a washing machine, WiFi, all recently refurbished. It’s £650 a month bills included and a £200 deposit. Down at the shore in leith. It’s central to lots of bus stops and tram so easy transport. And it’s a short walk to ocean terminal with cinema and 24 hours gym. And lots of wee cafes and bars in the area. Room for one person only.

There is not enough room for a desk in room, so would say not good for those who work from home.

I have a large, but friendly dog.
