Lovely room in a 5 bed flat in Leith, available from 31st January onwards.

The flat is in a super convenient location, just near the foot of Leith walk on Academy Street. We are just next to Tesco, Leith Links, Lidls and bus stops to the centre.

Double room, in a flat that is over two floors, with a bathroom on each (downstairs has a bath). There’s a decent kitchen, and a big living room.

Overall we are laid back, sociable, but all have our own lives going on too. It’s not a party flat, but we like to hangout and chat while we cook, and have the odd gathering.

Rent is only £320, coming in at around £400 including all bills and council tax (this varies). It's a really good deal but we are looking for someone who is serious about sticking around for a while, is easy going and is working.
