The flat Is in Leith, walking distance to the Shore and Ocean Terminal. There are plenty of supermarkets and cafes near by. The flat has a resident car park at the rear and also there are plenty of great bus links.

You will have the majority of the flat to yourself as I am rarely there. Ideal for someone looking for their own space.

I am looking for a professional who is tidy, mature, considerate and who will look after the property.
