Spacious double in beautiful Georgian townhouse

I am looking for someone likeminded to share my lovely flat on a Monday- Friday basis.. My home is a sanctuary from a busy life so finding the right person is really important to me. Someone who looks after themselves and leads a healthy life would be ideal. I try to live in a low impact way, mending things, recycling, not buying in excess, passing things on when I’m not using them any more. I have a wide and diverse friendship group but am more likely to see them out than at home, though catching up with one over a bowl of something is a real pleasure. Some of my work is from home with clients seeing me here so this is something to be aware of. I have a piano which loves to be played if this is of interest?!

I think the photos show best what’s on offer. The flat is in the vibrant Leith area, easy to reach all parts of the city on foot or by bus. Portobello beach is a 10min bike ride away. I am friendly and easy going, do yoga, Pilates, dance 5 Rhythms, sing in 2 choirs and like walking and cycling. I am looking for someone considerate, respectful and positive who will look after and appreciate my creative comfortable flat.
