Cosy Double Room Available In 2 Bedroom Flat

I recently moved into the property in March and unfortunately my flatmate is leaving at the end of November so I'm hoping to find someone to replace her. The flat is in a very central location with everything you need on your doorstep, being just around the corner from the shore and a 5 minute walk to Leith Walk which has access to most bus routes. The flat also has free parking outside.

You will be sharing with me so, hello I'm Laura 👋🏼 I'm 28, originally from Belfast and work in Early Years Education. I'm friendly and sociable and hoping for a flatmate that we can become friends, although I do appreciate when people need their space especially after a long day at work.
