I am a professional woman who works in Edinburgh Central. Looking for a house mate for 4-6 months.
I have a beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom flat with spacious lounge/dining room and a recently renovated kitchen. The property is near The Shore and is very central with lots of restaurants and entertainment near by. TV for the lounge on order 🙂
The rental is exclusive of bills, the bedroom has a King Sized bed with storage underneath. The bedroom does not have an En-suite but does have immediate access to a bathroom only you will use.
The whole flat had recently been modernized and the second bedroom is furnished waiting for someone to stay.
