The bedroom has a desk, double bed and large wardrobe. The room is spacious and gets nice light in the afternoon.

-There is a nice shared communal garden
-Fridge, small freezer, washing machine
-Pets may be okay if they are house trained
-New boiler and double glazed windows so it's a really cosy flat
-Projector to watch movies
-Great location! Located just off Leith Walk, 5 minute walk to a Big Tesco or a Lidl, lots of connecting bus routes from Easter Road or Leith Walk
-Long or short term lets considered

The rent includes council tax, bills are additional. They usually would equal around £50-£60 a month.

I'm working from home currently due to COVID but am usually travelling quite frequently for work.

I'm looking for someone who is neat, tidy and likes to keep their space clean!
