Bedroom in 2 bed flat in Leith

You'll have your own bathroom, (it's not ensuite though, I have the ensuite), shower/bath
THERE IS PARKING! We have a car park, no permit, but there is also free street parking, I have a car and always find a space.
Room was big enough for 3 single beds (one has been exiled to the hall), landlord has promised to replace the single beds with a double.
Room doesn't have desk (could fit one, if you wanted to ask the landlord, or get one yourself), but you could use the dining table no bother.
Kitchen doesn't have a dishwasher but it does have a gas stove!
Living room is very brown but has a large sofa and tv.
Have decent internet, (currently £16 each a month) and cheap energy (currently £15 a month each), if you're unhappy with suppliers we can look into changing, no worries!
If you aren't a student there is council tax on top of this

I'm a PhD student approaching write-up.
I enjoy sleeping in and making my own clothes while listening to podcasts about fascism, reading, nintendo, and youtube
I'm considerate to my flatmates needs, this is your home too after all, and capable of being fun to non-existent, dependent on the mood.
But keen for pub quizzes, movie/takeaway nights, yoga buddies, arts/crafts etc
I will be around for, at least, the next 7months, possibly longer.

Would like another considerate flatmate, can give and take the benevolent criticism of co-habitation.

Move in date is somewhat flexible, mid may to early June possible, end of May preferable

We can meet up for a beverage or video chat for tours and stuff.
