Single Room in leith flat seeks summer tennant :)

Hi Folks :)

I am headed up to the highlands over summer (Beg June - End Aug) and need someone to take over my lovely single room in a beautifully furnished flat right next to leith links.

You will be sharing with my current flatmate and her sweet puppy Meatball, so a love and patience of doggos is a must!

The rent is £400 plus bills which depending on usage should be between £30 - 50, as we are both students we are already exempt from paying council tax for the year :)

The flat has open plan kitchen / living room with a big table in its own cubby area in the living room, so its great for studying/working from home.

The room is quite small, but bright, cosy and has plenty of storage space - the bed also pulls to a double so you can have extra sleeping space.
