Looking for lodger

Looking for a lodger / flat mate for spare room from 10th ish or mid September. I am sometimes away with work so you will have space and definitely want someone who will look after it and be respectful. Price would range £750 or £900 a month depending if I am away for work or not, so would need someone with the ability to be flexible. Want someone who avoids crowds of people, isn’t a party goer and wanting lots of people in the flat socialising. Pets very welcome! It is an eco friendly flat with renewable energy used and eco cleaning products. I'd prefer someone who wants to be on board with sustainability stuff :)

Flat has beautiful view of leith links. Want someone to feel welcome and like a housemate sharing everything not a owner/ lodger creeping around feel. I sometimes look after a friends dog and foster animals so being ok with animals is a must. Needs to be a clean person treating the flat with respect like it's your own. Getting some things done in the flat in August/ start of September so when you'd move in it'd be with new carpets, blinds and a new kitchen counter and bathroom floor hopefully! Open to different lengths of stay as next year I might sell or have an official tenancy not a lodger but not sure yet. Need to be transparent :)
