Double room available beside Leith Links

Comfortable flat with double room, open planned living room and kitchen, shared garden, bath with shower over it.

You would be sharing with me and my standard poodle dog. He does not shed, and does not have usual doggy smell.

Would need new flatmate to like animals. Happy to live with a mature student as long as flat is not used to party. I would be looking for somebody for approximately 6 months initially. There would be the possibility of extending this if things are working out. I like flat to be kept clean and tidy and for new flatmate to have respect for it. I would prefer a female flatmate. I work full time as a social worker so have a mix of working from home and being in the office.

I am also a vegetarian but this is not required for new flatmate.
