Friendly short-term room available in 2-bed flat

We have a room available in our 2-bed flat on a short-term basis (around 2–3 months), as we’re currently in the process of moving. The stay can be extended by mutual agreement if it works for both parties.

The exact room will be confirmed shortly, as we’re finalising bed/mattress arrangements between the two rooms, but the room will be fully set up before move-in. You will also benefit from your own bathroom.

About the flat & rent:

* £950 per month including all bills

* Short-term let only (ideal if you need somewhere temporary).

* Comfortable, relaxed, family home. Fully furnished once room is finalised.

* Central heating and fibre network. You can also work from home with a desk available (not pictured)

About who you’ll be living with:

You’ll be sharing with Sid Ali, who works full time. He’s easy-going, loves football ⚽, enjoys cooking, and spending time on the PlayStation 🎮. There’s also a possibility that his wife may join him during the stay for short periods,, so we’re looking for someone who’s comfortable with that.

Who we’re looking for:

* Male
* Very clean, tidy, respectful, and easy to live with
* Ideally someone looking for a calm, short-term base rather than a long-term commitment
* We’d ideally suit someone who is respectful of our religious beliefs, meaning no alcohol or pork consumed in the flat

Location:
Only a short bus ride away from the City Centre (34, 1, 16, 25, and more), 20-minute tram ride, and a 10-minute walk from the sought-after Shore district, packed with restaurants, bars, and cafes. Easy walking distance to Ocean Terminal and the Royal Yacht Britannia. There are 2 Lidl, 1 Aldi, and a Tesco close by.
