Bright and furnished double bedroom available for organised & friendly student, shorter term:

The room is available for up to 5 months sublet (early March 2025 up until the end of July 2026) with a good possibility for extension. It is based in my cosy, well-lit, warm and central 2-bedroom flat. Situated in the lively and cultural area of Leith, it is close to great cafes, parks, and supermarkets.

It is a quiet, peaceful home (not a party flat) and only a 10-minute bus journey, or 20-minute walk, from the bus and train stations and city centre. You'll love my place because of the flood of daylight, comfortable bedroom, spacious living-room, cosy dining kitchen, new central heating, renovated kitchen & bathroom and bright new flooring, the vibrant neighbourhood and closeness to Leith shore area.

You'd be sharing with two people, consecutively: currently a lovely, clean, tidy, friendly & organised international student (27 years old, male and originally from Australia) who is staying until the end of March.
From May to July, you'd be sharing with a French international student (male, 23 years old) who will be doing an internship in Edinburgh. Both are kind and considerate people and I live nearby to help everyone get settled and to answer any questions.

THE ROOM:
The bedroom is bright and fully furnished with a double bed and new light carpet, a desk and chair, a chest of drawers, bookshelf, small wardrobe, and WiFi access available.
