In the bustling area of Leith, this flat is a homely area in an industrial, socially active part of the city. A few minutes walk from The Shore, and easy transport access to the city centre, this flat has all amenities on its doorstep. Allocated parking spot if needed. Ground floor, shared bathroom flat with French doors opening on to the outside public area. WiFi, Netflix and Amazon prime all available. Storage provided, with a shared bathroom. I myself am a teacher, working half days on Fridays. I am chatty, outgoing, active and would like lodgers to be prepared to socialise to an extent (watch movie together, share a meal etc). I go to bed early, get up early and am quite quiet on the social scene. I would not permit house guests.
