Looking for flatmate Leith (i have 2 smol cats)

Looking for a new flatmate:) (move in date 14th November) the flat includes 2 cats (Batman & Robin) they love everyone. It's 68 Constitution street, very convenient location for shops and bars. Great area close to the shore with lots of nice bars, also the tram stop is just outside the front door and super convenient for getting into town. There’s an Aldi, Lidl, and big Tesco within walking distance

Council tax band D so £80pp
Gas and electric are usually £30pp in summer, maybe £50 in winter I’m not certain
Wi-Fi is £15pp

So roughly £700-£720 in total per month

I’m very laid back with cleaning the flat, I keep it clean and any mess is in my own room so we probably won’t get on too well if you’re a clean freak
