Double bedroom in Leith available ASAP

Hi! I have a double bedroom available to move into almost immediately. The flat is located on Ferry Road in Leith and is a short walk from Great Junction Street, Pilrig Park and Leith Walk, and bus stops close by that are useful for taking you into the city centre. The flat contains a large shared living room space and kitchen space, with lots of storage space and large windows and ceilings. The rent is £425 per person per month and is council tax band C. Internet is £27 split between us through Virgin Media. I am ideally looking for female/nb flatmates.
You'll be living with me (Selene). I enjoy cooking, reading, movies and music, so if you're into those topics we'll have lots to talk about. I enjoy a wee chat and drink but I am out of the flat a lot for work or other hobbies so if you like your own quiet space this is ideal. I'm vegetarian myself but I don't mind what you cook and I am always happy to share vegetables and food (it's impossible for one person to eat a whole bag of spinach!). I smoke occasionally and my partner likes to bring his small dog over to visit as well, so if you are not comfortable with this it is good to know, otherwise the flat is kept pretty clean and relaxed.
