This room is perfect for all professionals and students who look for a quiet place to work from home or study. It is fully furnished with a brand new double bed, mattress and a table. This is not an en-suite, but you will also have your own bathroom outside your room. I'm flexible with the period of tenancy but it would cost £30 more if you rent less than 3 months.

The flat is close to supermarket, Tesco and Aldi, all main bus routes, 20 minutes walk to city centre. Bus 11 (2 mins walking) can take you to city centre and Hay Market area. The tram taking you to air port is only 15 mins walking.

About me, I'm a professional working in IT. I won't be at home very often because of work reason. And I'm renting out another room to a couple.
