Great double room - Leith

Hey!

I'm looking for a new flatmate starting mid March (lease starts 16th of the month)

It's a lovely flat, nice big room, huge living room, huge kitchen, shower and bath included. Great location, halfway between Leith and Newhaven, 10 minutes from Leith Walk and easy access to several buses to town.

I'm an actor/writer and also do some tour guide work so often out of the house. I'm friendly, respectful of privacy but also love cooking so happy to make the occasional flat meal if you like. I like movies, politics, video games and prefer pubs to clubs - if you want to find a good quiz sometime that would be fun. Happy for you to have folks around or have a party, just want some notice. I also play several instruments but never late at night so don't worry about noise!

Looking for someone who likes to hang out occasionally but knows to respect my space when I need it. Also very much a queer-friendly and neurodivergent-friendly flat! Students welcome but would prefer mature students and post-grads if possible.
