Single Room In Leith

a large south facing room with custom build loft bed, 5'8"x4'6", please note these sizes.
Desk area under loft bed. and a sitting area with a super comfy couch.
Due to having very little cupboard space in the flat, I still store a few things in the room, this will be moved out as ASAP. The items do not encroach on your space...
MUST enjoy dogs, as I have a small Jack Russell that stays with me, he is super friendly 😊
If you don't know Leith, it is a diverse community. Leith used to be separate from Edinburgh it's where Brutalist architecture rubs along side large town houses. Leith has great bars, cafes and restaurants. It has a great transport Links into the city centre in cluding the new tram service.
I have put maximum stay 6 months but I can be flexible with that. And I like to have no tenents staying over Xmas 😊
As it is a small flat it's not a great situation for working from home as you will probably hear me getting on with daily life music playing or the TV on talking to the dog, having friends round for a cuppa etc. Saying this I'm not a noisy person. 😊
