July Availability - Leith - Double room (600£)

Hello hello 👋 my lovely flatmate is moving to Dundee therefore I am looking for a new flatmate!

The double room will be available on the 14th of July on Easter Road.

The flat was renovated in 2022 and new kitchen sink, fridge, and windows were fitted recently as well as a new mattress for your room. This is a no smoking and no partying flat. Pets not allowed. I cannot accept students - professionals preferred please!

The flat is located close to the big Tesco at the end of Easter Road in a quiet area and building. There are two bus stops 2' from the flat (1,25,35) and several other bus/tram stops within 5' (Leith walk). Leith Surgery GP is within walking distance as well.

Costs:

1)Rent = 600£
2) Deposit=900£
3) Council Tax Band D= 82£ per person
4) Electricity= 54.40£ direct debit to Octopus divided by two + whatever consumption depending on the weather. For example for this year we turned off the radiators in early March and have not used them since.

Flatmate: Virginia (35, Greek) and a Special Education teacher. As a person, I appreciate respect and straightforward communication. I like reading, cooking and baking, walking and exploring, playing board games and going to the gym. Having worked from home during COVID I understand the need for a quiet and respectful environment. I am housetrained and always up for improving the life in the flat. My normal schedule is pretty straightforward; 08:00-15:00 (or longer) in school, then the gym, then downtime at home.
