Hello!
I’m looking for a new flatmate in this cozy flat in Leith. It’s a top floor flat in a courtyard just off Leith Walk so is quiet and secure whilst still being a great location.
It’s a cozy 2-bed flat and you’d be sharing with me. I’m in my early 30s and work in arts admin and project work. I work Mon-Fri office hours and do a mix of days at home and at the office. I’m pretty quiet at home and love an early night. In my free time I love catching up with pals over coffee or dinner, getting into a good book, playing badminton, (attempting) climbing and a good Netflix binge. I’m out and about a few times a week but nothing wild, this is not a party flat.
Ideally, you’ll be pretty similar, someone who works Monday-Friday, love an early night, and up for chipping in to keep the flat tidy. No pets or couples.
Rent is £412 per month. Bills are about 125 (total: £537) Bills will go up over winter (gas/electric) and rent is due for review next May. So expect a slight increase in this. Move in date is currently 1 Jan, but my current flatmate is flexible, so could move out before Christmas.
