Big, comfortable double room in beautiful Leith house is available to rent, move in date any time from 23 September- 1 October. Ideally for someone who is looking to rent long-term.

. I’m leaving and this is for someone to take over my room. Rent is £675pm, bills are between £100-150 depending on energy use.

It's a gorgeous house with a large, comfortable living room, a good-sized, well appointed kitchen and an outside courtyard. Less than a one-minute walk to Leith Links and super close to all the bars, restaurants, shops etc that make this end of town the best part of the city!

Good vibes and the desire to keep the place neat and tidy are essential. Happy for people to socialise in the house, have friends over etc, but the days of living in a party flat are behind us!
