May/June/July short-term lets - lovely Leith House

Hi there,

Big, comfortable double room in beautiful Leith house is available for 2 x short-term lets over the next couple of months:

Weds 22 May - Tues 4 June, £375 inc bills

Thursday 13 June - Monday 8 July, £575 inc bills

A bit more info on the place...

It's a gorgeous house with a large, comfortable living room, a good-sized, well appointed kitchen and an outside courtyard. Less than a one-minute walk to Leith Links and super close to all the bars, restaurants, shops etc that make this end of town the best part of the city!

Good vibes and the desire to keep the place neat and tidy are essential. Happy for people to socialise in the house, have friends over etc, but the days of living in a party flat are behind us!

If you're after a place in Edinburgh for a few weeks and it looks like a good fit, please get in touch with a bit about yourself and which period you are interested in staying.
