Looking to rent out my spare room, the flat is a brand new development based right next to the shore with loads of pubs and cafes local and a 2 minute walk from leith walk.

Pure gym just down the road.

The room is a double room with a lovely view of Calton hill, Arthur’s seat and more.

I’m looking for someone who is easy going, meticulously clean and tidy and is respectful.

I’ve furnished the flat and I’m asking for 50% of the bills and mortgage which I think is more than fair with how much I have spent on it.

Your bedroom is furnished but you can add what you want to it. Full sized double wardrobe as well for storage

The flat has a communal roof top terrace, huge balcony over looking the water of leith and is in a minted condition.

I expect someone to completely match my level of tidy ness and cleanliness and respect the property.

My current flat mate is moving out the end of November and I’m looking to fill the room
