-Double bed, wardrobe, drawers included.
-Shared living room, Kitchen, and Bathroom

-1 Male Flatmate, Engineering Professional
-Few hundred metres from N11 bus into city centre, and Ferry Road which provides access to more bus routes and main car route out of the city.
-Parking available on-street for free outside the flat.
-Tenement building is mainly older retired couples, and young professionals. Being able to fit into this environment and get along with Neighbours is required.
-Bill are £150 total in the winter, down to around £80 during the summer (not bad when halfed)
-Internet is £18 each payed to the landlord (at the moment)
-Space for a small desk in the livingroom, but I would say the flat is difficult for work from home purposes given the shared nature of the living room/ kitchen.
-Room (once images are taken) has space to be comfortable, but not enough space for a desk or WFH setup.

Looking for a professional flatmate who's committed to keep the shared space as clean and clutter free as possible. Sharing of a routine for cleaning and keeping noise levels acceptable for everyone (walls and ceilings aren't too thick).
My interests include cycling, walking, and exploring Scotland on the weekends. Someone who likes some of those aspects would be ideal. I work as a manufacturing engineer at a large company in Edinburgh.
Please feel free to get in touch with a bit about yourself, and we can arrange a chat. My landlord is a great guy who'll have the final say in any candidate, so please bear that in mind and have any references from previous rents / student halls available.
