It is in a modern and well-developed area of Leith within walking distance to train station, bus stops, supermarkets, parks and Princess street (20 minutes on foot). The area is quiet and neighbours are nice, respectful people. All bills are included (council tax, utility, internet and factor fees). Parking is free. Kitchen has washing machine and dishwasher (ideal for busy people). Ensuite bathroom is new and clean.

About me, I'm the owner of the flat and working mostly remotely in Edinburgh, so the flat itself is ideal for working from home. I keep the flat clean and tidy, but I don't expect too much from lodger. Just do you dishes and it'll be fine.
