Short Term Room in Leith Edinburgh

Hey, I’m looking to rent out my spare room on a short term basis (max ~6 months). The room has a daybed that can extend to a double, and a built in wardrobe. There’s a shared bathroom, kitchen and living room. Living room has a TV with Netflix.. All bills and Wifi are included in the price.

I’m a female NHS professional. I like outdoorsy things like walking and wild swimming as well as movie nights and occasional trips to the pub. Looking for someone who appreciates a clean and peaceful environment 😊

The flat is close to Pilrig Park and Leith Walk, where there are many restaurants, shops and bars. There are lots of bus routes and a tram stop nearby. Residents parking is free and there’s a secure bike shed.
