Looking for someone to move in to share a beautiful flat. 

The flat itself is:
- Large and spacious with lots of storage
- 5th floor (with lift)
- Free parking underneath the building
- Secure bike storage
- 2 bed, 2 bath - you would have an ensuite room with shower
- 5 minute walk to the trendy location of The Shore with loads of excellent bars and restaurants
- 3 min walk to the tram stop which can take you into Edinburgh centre in 15 minutes (or you can walk it in 40 mins!)
- 2 minutes walk from Leith links (great for running!)
- A few different gyms nearby
- Has a a small grocery store across the road, Sainsburys 5 mins walk away, Aldi abut 10 mins walk away.
- Large ASDA 5 minute drive away

The room:
- Comfortable double bed
- Ensuite
- Built in wardrobe
- Very bright, with large windows (don’t worry - there is black out curtains for summer!)

Current Tennant is a working professional and works from home one day a week - very easy to get along with and a relaxed, respectful professional.

You:
- Looking for someone who will treat the house like a home, even if on a short term let - all the usual things - keeping the place tidy etc.
- Is friendly and sociable but also has their own thing going on too.
- Would prefer someone who is a working professional, but open to consider others.
