WiFi (500mbs) £25/month, elec and gas (appx 80-90£) plus council tax (appx 110£ /month) are extra.

The kitchen has most mod cons apart from a microwave but I'm happy to show you how to use the gas cooker if you've not used one before.

The flat is close to the Ocean Terminal Tram and most buses to get in and out of the city centre..
