I'm away for a month from 23rd December and looking to rent my spare room for the month. There is a bit of flexibility if you're looking for a bit longer.

PRICE: £900 (all bills included)
Deposit: £600

ABOUT MY HOME
Cosy flat located at ground floor at The Shore, Leith. There’s two double bedrooms, one is occupied by me (although for most of December/January I'll be away so you'll have the flat to yourself).

There's one bathroom (with a bathtub!) in the flat, so it will be shared.

Spacious open plan living room with large dining table and a well equipped kitchen. (P. S. no microwave). And of course, washing machine available.

The flat is in a great location, by the Shore in Leith. With great public transport links: bus stop around the corner and tram stop less than 5min away. The neighbourhood is buzzing with life, from shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants, lovely nature walks and more.

ABOUT YOUR BEDROOM
Your bedroom has a double bed and a desk. There's a spacious wardrobe. Bed linen provided for your stay.

I'm passionate about sustainability and good food. Currently taking a wee break from work, hence the month away.

ABOUT YOU
Looking for a respectful, tidy and kind person who is looking to rent my double bedroom for short-term, while I'm away.
