Room in 2 bed tenement flat by Leith Links

Hi!

I am looking for a new flatmate to take over my spare bedroom.

The flat is fully furnished, regularly decorated/renovated over the past 5 years and last year the bathroom was fully renovated.

The room was also repainted last year and the bed (small double - 120cm wide) was purchased. Both room and flat are fully furnished, so not ideal for people who have their own furniture, apart from a small desk and chair perhaps.
Even bedding and towels are provided, which were only purchased last summer.

Conveniently located on several main bus routes, as well as a 10 min walk to the tram. Pharmacy and small supermarket a couple of minutes walk.

I am an active professional, love going to the gym and doing activities like cycling. My partner doesn’t live in Edinburgh and I travel a lot, so you will get to enjoy the flat on your own quite a bit, which is reflected in the price. I am not much of a cook, so even when I’m there, you’ll pretty much have the kitchen to yourself! I sometimes work from home but have a set up in my own bedroom, if I work until late, I won’t be in the way.

Looking for a professional that works regular office hours, is clean and respectful of their living environment. Cleanliness and tidiness are very important to me, so I’m looking for someone who also values a clean and well-kept home.

Council tax is band C, included in rent.
