Room in 2 bed tenement flat by Leith Links

I am looking for someone to move into my spare room in my 2 bed ground floor flat, next to Leith Links.

You would be living with myself: a sociable individual who loves interior design, DIY and a beautiful, clean environment. I travel frequently, for work and leisure, love food and a glass of wine (ideally a Primitivo). Also plants!

The flat is fully furnished, regularly decorated/renovated over the past 5 years and in January the bathroom was fully renovated.
The room has also just been repainted and the bed (small double - 120cm wide) is new.
Conveniently located on several main bus routes, as well as a 10 min walk to the tram. Pharmacy and supermarket a couple of minutes walk.

Best match would be someone who works or studies full time during the day, and ideally can keep plants alive when I am away.

This is an excellent opportunity for a professional or mature full-time student to move in with little hassle or belongings as the flat has pretty much anything you might need in a home. There is not a lot of storage space so if you have a lot of belongings, this might not be the place for you.

Given that we will be living together, will require references, and I expect to live with someone who is able to follow some basic ground rules to keep the flat clean.

The room will be available from 28th of August, but could consider someone moving in from 7th of August.
