The flat is located very close to Leith Links and is handy to lots of shops, restaurants/takeaways and bars. A Tesco Superstore is five minutes’ walk from the flat and Lidl is a ten minute walk away. There are several bus stops close by, including one across the road that goes into the city centre. The closest tram stop is also a five-ten minute walk away.

The room will come fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, large mirror, heater, desk and chair. We've also just had a new double glazed window put in. The rest of the flat consists of a downstairs bathroom and good-sized kitchen and dining space and a comfy lounge area upstairs.

You will be living with two other flatmates in their mid-20s. Both are friendly, tidy and respectful. We tend to do our own thing and are an independent flat but are always up for a chat when we're home. .

Rent is £625 per month excluding bills.
