New flatmate wanted!

After 2(ish) years our friend Leo is moving out and we are now looking for a fourth flatmate to join us in our lovely wee maisonette at the foot of Leith walk.

The flat has two floors and your room would be upstairs. There's two showers, a decently sized kitchen, and a nice living room with a massive TV in it. We also have access to a communal garden!

About us: we are Sam, Benny, and Jack (me). Sam works in hospitality, Benny is a PHD student, and I work the 9-5 office grind. We are a very chilled flat, and we generally do our own thing, however we like to have some of our meals together and enjoy having a beer or two in front of the tv :)

We are looking for someone who is friendly, chill, and relatively clean to move in basically ASAP. Students are fine so long as you don't mind paying council tax (band D) which normally comes to about £60 a month each. Energy bills are similar.
