Looking for a female professional

Hey there :)

My flat mate is moving out near the end of August and am looking for a professional female to take his place. I am looking for someone to stay long term (or to a timeframe we both agree). The new lease should be singed already from the beginning of August and the exact move in date would be confirmed with the agency but should be around the 13-15 of Sept.

The flat was completely unfurnished and all the furniture, cooking pots, cutlery etc I bought when we moved in so everything will stay as it shows in the photos. I would also like the flat to remain as it is so it would be great if you are happy to keep things as they look and not bring in furniture. But ofc happy to add stuff together if we fancy etc

It’s a really warm and beautiful flat, super bright when is sunny and with a balcony!!

Your room will be empty when my flatmate moves out although the bed might stay but will confirm that soon. You will also have your own bathroom.

So a little bit about me:

I am 29 coming from Greece. Am a psychologist and have been living in Edi for almost 6 yrs now. Working from home at the moment during the week but work from the office every Saturday.

I am veeery clean and tidy (so i am looking for someone that is too 😅) I appreciate other people's personal space and alone time. I am usually very busy and after work I gym, see friends etc. When at home I would mainly do my things in my room and I don't cook much so I wouldn't be in the kitchen for too long haha

I kind of want to live with someone that is not a party animal and we respect each others bedtime during weekdays etc

I am up for doing things together, if we both feel like it and we share similar interests. I am also an easygoing person so if sth bothers you am always open for discussing things so we are both happy living together and vise versa.
