I’m looking for two flatmates to move into my current flat in Leith. Due to my landlord not having a HMO license, I am ideally looking a couple in a relationship to move in. You would have access to two unfurnished bedrooms in the flat - one for a bedroom and one as either a study space / extra storage / however you wish to use it. There is built-in wardrobe storage in both rooms. You would also have your own private bathroom.

The property is a new-ish build with modern furnishings. The kitchen has a dishwasher and adequate storage space. There is also two decent sized storage cupboards in the hallway for additional space. There’s a communal living room and private locked car park also with key fob entry. There is also a large communal locked storage / garage space that’s shared between the block for bikes and any other items you wish to store.

The flat is in a good location with great energy and is close to Leith Walk, Easter Road, food shops, pubs, a tram / stops.

The ppm is £516 each (excluding bills). Council tax is band E (£71.39 each) and gas / wifi is £36.

For council tax reasons, I am only looking for professional couples or student couples who are willing to pay council tax.

My current flatmate is happy to sell her white bed frame for £80 but mattress is not included.

The flat is available from week beginning 24th June but the date could be negotiated earlier.
