Hi! I am traveling over the summer and looking for someone to sublet my room in a shared flat (with two PhDs at UoE) from July till mid September.
Our flat is located on Easter Road, 5 min walk to Leith Walk, 5 min walk to Lidl supermarket, 15 min by bus to Princes Street. Bus stop is at the door. Tram is 5 min walk.
Ideally, we'd be wanting someone from 1st of July until mid September, but we might be flexible. Please get in touch if you're looking for a room during these dates.
Rent is 770£ per month including bills.
Please note that if you wish to rent less than a month, and if you are more than 1 person, the price will vary accordingly.
Viewing or online tour is highly recommended.
