One month festival let.

The property is located just off of Leith Walk. The room available is a good sized bedroom, with a king sized bed, wardrobe, bedside tables, desk, chest of drawers and chairs.

There is a living room, separate internal kitchen and large bathroom, which includes both a rolled top bath and separate shower surround.

You would be sharing the flat with me, and my cocker spaniel. She is 6 years old, and has a lovely nature.

The flat is heated by GCH. There is WiFi available. Freeview apps, Amazon Prime TV and Disney+ available on the living room TV. The flat is located on a quiet street for how close to the city centre it is. It has a tram and bus stop right at the end of the street, meaning there are excellent transport links around the city. There is on-street parking, but charges apply Mon-Fri. There are plenty of amenities, including shops, restaurants and pubs in the immediate vicinity.

Cleaning and bed linen/towel changes are available during your stay.
