1 Double bedroom on Easter Road - Leith Edinburgh

Hello there,

I am currently looking for a flatmate to share a 2-bedroom flat:
It's a furnished 2-bedroom flat, located on Easter Road, renovated and will be available from July 2nd.
 
The flat enjoys an excellent location within walking distance of the city center, Lidl, Tesco, a park, and a GP. It's quiet thanks to the triple-glazed windows, and there is a double bed in the room.
The monthly rent for the room is £450, plus council tax and bills (Council Tax is £65 per person, and bills are roughly £60 per person, depending on the electricity bill). The kitchen and living area share the same space.
 
A little about myself: I am originally from France, I l am mostly quiet but i like going out time to time, easygoing, who has been in Scotland for the past 5 years. I work in a museum and as a tour guide in the city center.

I'm looking for someone preferably from late 20’s and up, long-term, open-minded, who is currently working ( for council tax reasons) , clean and tidy, as I believe it's essential when sharing the same space. I am also Vegan, but I totally don't mind if you are not if you’re respectful :)
