The room it’s set is about 5m long by around 3m wide at the maximum points. It is fully furnished with a double bed, desk and drawers/hanging space. The flat has gas central heating. You will share a bathroom with ONLY one male.
There is a large dining kitchen and livingroom. This is a lower basement flat situated at the Great Junction Street end of Leith Walk. All current flat mates work full time either at home or away.
Bills included with the rent are Virgin Media Broadband, Council Tax, TV Licence. Additional bills are for gas and electricity and are approximately £40-60 a month per flatmate depending on time of year and usage. Please get in touch for a viewing, Neil
