Double Room Available in Leith Walk

Hello! My flatmate Anna and I are looking for a new roomate to join us asap :) Our lovely 3-bedroom flat is located on Leith Walk with a spacious living room and natural lighting throughout the day. The room comes fully furnished with a double bed, desk, chair, cupboard and a chest of drawers. There is a Lidl, Co-Op, Tesco Superstore and Express all within a 5 minute walk, also great transport links nearby with a bus and tram stop in front of our flat. The price includes rent, bills, broadband and council tax (band C).
We are friendly, outgoing and organised individuals who work and study. We love nights in and out of the flat and like to hangout together. We both have weird schedules due to our professions, so please bare that in mind, but we try to be respectful of each other.
We are looking for a working professional who would be ok with our weird schedules, looks after their space and it's ok with having a cleaning schedule for communal spaces :). If that sounds like you please send us a message!
